How it works
A 30-minute call (or in-studio visit) to talk colours, mood, venue, budget, and what makes you, you.
Within a week, we send a mood board, full quote, and a sample bouquet sketch — every piece itemised so nothing surprises.
A second meeting two months out to refine — final flower picks, palette tweaks, walk through the venue.
We arrive early, set up everything, and hand you a bouquet that smells like your wedding. We pack down too.

For Saturdays in peak season (Sep–Apr), we recommend 6–9 months ahead. Off-peak weekdays we can sometimes accommodate as little as 6 weeks. For destination/forever florals, the sooner the better — preserved orders take 4–8 weeks of lead time.
All the time — it's actually one of our most-loved combinations. Fresh bouquet for the day, preserved replicas for the keepsakes. Or fresh ceremony flowers with reusable artificial centrepieces (much friendlier on the budget too).
We'll always tell you honestly. Fresh peonies in July, for example, are imported and cost 3× — we'll suggest gorgeous in-season alternatives, or recommend our preserved range for that exact look without the seasonal price.
Yes — we regularly serve Blue Mountains, Southern Highlands, Central Coast, and Hunter Valley. Travel is quoted at cost. For destination weddings interstate, our forever range ships nationally and we can fly out for setup on bespoke packages.
30% deposit secures your date. Cancellations more than 60 days out receive 80% refund of paid amount; 30–60 days, 50%; under 30 days, deposits are non-refundable but can transfer to a future date within 12 months.
Absolutely — our Surry Hills studio is open by appointment. We'll have seasonal samples ready, and on bespoke packages we offer a paid mock-up bouquet (cost rolled into final invoice) so you can see your exact arrangement before the day.
